Tofu with grated radish and pickled veggies

Diced, pickled Nozawana, umeboshi, green onions

Creamy, thick tofu topped with “Oroshi” grated radish combined with various pickled things such as “Umeboshi” plums and/or any pickled vegetable. Added some dashi noodle soup and/or ponzu. Great healthy meal for hot summer days.
